This has lots of information about elks and other wildlife in the area. There are some very small trails, about 10 or 20 mins to walk them all. On one of the trails we saw a big heard of elk. Good viewing areas which have walls to hide you a bit from the elk. One of the areas has benches for you to use. There are cameras of likely areas where the elk are seen, so you can easily know which trails to use. There is a good store for souvenirs, clean restrooms and friendly staff. Just a 3 mile drive up the road from the visitor centre there is a viewing area which gives you a picturesque view of the landscape.
