Only recommend to go at sunrise or dusk if you want to see bison or elk. We went mid-day and only saw the penned-up bison at the front gate, plus one elk - but we did see 5 turkeys and one indigo bunting.

Don’t go when it is cloudy. Saw nothing!

Best time is Between 6 pm and 730 pm. Saw around 25 buffalo and calves and 20 elk

Best place for fishing. Take your dog for a walk it'll love it. Spot the bridge in the picture, drive on it is amazing.
