Seemed to be closed, gate was open so we went in. Gardens and displays all neglected. Shop and restaurant both closed. Staff were seen setting up for a wedding but they did not approach us.

Not taken into account request for twin bed and cockroach in bedroom. However we were then moved really helpful porter. Entertainment staff were great really attentive. Food was great choice and really good, drinks not so much. Pool great and outdoor area lovely

It was a moderate hotel. The shower leaked water and spilled all over the floor. I did ask them and they did come and try to fix it but it was of no help.
It was a good place to stay in but the leaking water from the shower door made it unpleasant as It was wet all over the floor and the room because if it.
