「My advice would be don't stay in room 111. It's right above the kitchen, which I found out later, and I think the exhaust from the ovens goes through one of the walls. It gets really hot, the air conditioning isn't enough and they won't admit it. I spent half a day trying to get them to change my room. They did eventually, but after I lost half a day of my holiday. It's a shame because the hotel is nice and modern, well located (close to the beach and the main street) and has a really nice pool...

Bedsheets were not in The apartment when we arrived and The standard was bad. Really bad beds and couchbeds.

「Generally, communication was difficult to make regarding confirmation mail, correct location and different telephone numbers. But it succeeded in the end.
After arriving the boat, we realised that there was no electricity and water. This was fixed after a few calls next morning.
It would have been nice if there's an instruction card about how to use toilet and switch panel. They also should have provided the numbers in the boat where we can contact if you need help.

Vi bliver derfor placeret på et andet der ligger langt uden for byen og var bestemt ikke tilfredse. Efter en lang kamp med firmaet fik vi en erstatningslejlighed men de var meget uforstående over at man ikke bare kan give en lejlighed af væsentligt ringere kvalitet end hvad man bestiller.」
