Wave Resort
My mother’s room had throw up on the chair and bathroom smelled like sewage. My room had stains all over the sofa. Just didn’t feel overall clean. Resort fee is $55 a night and felt high for no real amenities.

Large 5 bedroom house in the Neptune, Asbury Park, Ocean Grove & Bradley area
I think we may have been some of the first guests this year since we came down in shoulder season. One of the fridges was broken so we lost some food that we had bought, but overall it was a good space and matched the listing. Definitely more geared towards families and kids.

The Parkway Beach House-Two Blocks to the beach w/in ground heated s/water pool
