「It smelled a little odd when I first got there but that went away after I turned on the A/C. The apartment appeared very clean, however. As of 4/8, the mattress has two massive, body-shaped divots that you migrate into no matter what; the couch is hard, lumpy, ripped and stained. TV works well, A/C works well and there is a nice stock of soaps, towels and linens. I didn’t use the fridge or freezer but they appeared functional. The bikes each had a low tire and no pump is available in-unit. 」

「Place was nice & cheap to stay for a few nights. We went to clean the sheets one night & there was blood on one of the pillows, under the pillow case, this was pretty gross. Other than that, check in & out was smooth, bathroom was nice.」
