"The resort was closed when we arrived. We were given a room at a sister resort that was totally out of the area we wanted to be. They said the power was out. I think they were under booked. The sister resort was not a good place."

"We were scammed. This was a FAKE listing. This was a horrible situation for us. We had been grocery shopping and had to throw away nearly everything because we couldn't find a similar property with a fridge nearby. It was 8pm at night, and we had been driving 10 hours. We were exhausted. Customer Service wasn't helpful. At all. The scammers were very clever though - the key box code worked, but they changed the locks, so none of the keys worked. "First time staying at this place and it overall went well. The property manager was great with communication. We had no hot water the first day but she took care of that issue right away.
