Me gusto la tranquilidad por su entorno.El desayuno buffet y su piscina climatizada una maravilla. No tengo quejas,la estancia en general en epocas navideñas fue muy buena.

Big room but small cups

We arrived very late but given friendly welcoming. Huge room and stylish furnishings. Only one minor complaint was that coffee machine overfilled the cup and no obvious way of making tea.

Excellent suburban hitel

Best hotel room I have stayed in over the past 20 years. Lovely location in an upmarket suburb. Some nice restaurants close by. Very nice breakfast.

Et hotell som vi kunne reise tilbake til.

Et veldig bra hotell. Siden vi skulle bo 9 døgn, fikk vi gratis oppgradering fra rom til 3 roms leilighet. Det var parkeringsmulighet i kjeller til 10 Euro pr døgn, men god mulighet for gratis parkering rundt hotellet. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Frokosten var god og COVID vennlig

Peaceful bliss

What a wonderful gem. The grounds are so well kept, the staff everywhere was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food at the pool bar delicious. Our only reason for not giving a full 10 is the carpet in the room really needs an update. The bed was really comfortable z the bathroom was spacious and renovated enough. It was so quiet and peaceful all of the time. Will definitely come back no doubt about it!

El desayuno muy malo, zumo de naranja de caja, croisant duro, no se podía comer. No te ofrecían opciones, tenías que pedirlo tú sin saber qué había, muy lento, poco personal atendiendo... salimos a desayunar fuera el resto de los días. La piscina sucia, la puerta de dentro de la habitación rozaba con el suelo y no podía cerrase. Ha bajado mucho la calidad del hotel

This is a great hotel located in a residential area close to the Naval base as well as El Puerto De Santa Maria. We have had several family members stay there many times when they visit and have only had excellent things to say. Highly recommend especially if you are looking to visit someone in the Vistahermosa neighborhood.

Hotel très conforable

Très bel hotel, avec des chambres magnifiques. Il y a un parking peu cher, ce qui est rare !!! Le petit déjeuner est bien. Mais hotel n'ayant pas de restaurant, du moins le soir. Et les restaurants les plus proches sont rares et pas formidables.

La persona que atiende la recepción es poco acogedora. Muy seria y bastante seca. El estado de las habitaciones está muy anticuado. Muy lejos de la playa. En general bien, pero no se corresponde lo que ofrecen con el precio tan elevado.

Nice hotel

Good hotel in a nice area of town. We normally stay in the apartment style rooms, but this time we decided to try their premium rooms. For a family I highly recommend the apartments. More room, better amenities, and cheaper. The only thing the premium rooms have is carpet, which was a little dirty looking.

Hotel cerca de la ciudad en un entorno agradable

Hotel en un entorno muy tranquilo, cerca del centro de la ciudad y a 10 minutos de la playa. Piscina exterior y solarium agradables para estar tranquilo y disfrutar del entorno. La habitación amplia y cama cómoda, así como el baño. La terraza se presta para tomar el sol o sentarse a leer con vista a los jardines y en nuestro caso a la piscina también. El desayunos es correcto y completo, aunque yo añadiría productos sin azucar y sin gluten ya que hoy en día cualquier hotel que se preciedebería incluirlos en sus restaurantes. Las instalaciones y la atención en general buenas. Si volviera al Puerto de Santa María repetiría el alojamiento probablemente.

Hotel excelente en todo.

Habitaciones amplias, limpias, decoración exquisita, bañera grande en la habitación, piscina privada para mayores de 16. El personal del hotel siempre dispuesto y agradable. Muy recomendable.

Lovely hotel and very helpful staff

We enjoyed our stay in a superb room although we did pay extra for this as it was just for one night. Breakfast was great and good value for 10 euros. Dinner menu was very limited so we decided to eat out. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

A lovely relaxing place to stay

The Hotel was lovely and the staff very helpful. Our room was wonderful and the mini bar very reasonably priced - we were actually happy to have drinks from it! My only downside was the menu in the restaurant which didn't change and was a bit misleading (I don't speak Spanish) as the translation made it sound like a snack menu but the food was actually great and large portions. This may have been because we were out of season and the hotel was quiet. There was a better menu pushed under our door on the last day but we weren't eating in that night. El Puerto Santa Maria is a lovely little town with interesting things to see e.g. Sherry Bodegas, and a ferry to Cadiz. However, would have been more difficult without a hire car.

Handy for town

I stayed in one of the out buildings, pleasant enough, but not overly well built - lot of transmitted noise through from other rooms & a 2 / 3 mins walk to reception - which was a pain when the 1st room was dirty or the key card didn't work etc. Grounds & pool very nice & food service better than average. as I was there out of season (late Sept) no real buzz about the place & not much of a bar - maybe a bit more of an atmosphere during summer.

Wish we had more time here

We ended up in an apartment so had a small kitchen & 2 bedrooms which we didn't need. But there was a washing machine which we took advantage of. No instructions on how to use it but all was ok in the end. No dryer so just draped our items over chair backs . Grounds, garden, pool & patio areas were very nice. People in the apt above were a little noisy but we still had a good sleep. Buffet breakfast very nice too. Reception staff was very helpful. No bars or restaurants really close to the hotel; we ate dinner at the hotel & had a decent meal.

Lovely location, tranquil setting

The family room was spacious and well equipped. Staff were helpful and friendly. Short taxi ride to the centre of Santa Maria. Shops a short walk away.

Ziet er mooi uit, maar geen 4 sterren hotel.

Het hotel ziet er bij aankomst mooi uit. Erg mooie tuin en lekker zwembad. Het appartement vonden wij geen 4 sterren. Eerder 3 en was aan renovatie toe. De appartementen waren erg gehorig en het personeel luidruchtig in de ochtend. Erg jammer! In het appartement kan je ook niet echt koken of afwassen. Het eten in het restaurant want er sjiek uit ziet was niet te pruimen.
