Upscale property, nice rooms but could use al little more attention to detail with the cleaning. Friendly staff to English speaking customers. Property was in walking distance to the arts and science district and a large shopping center but was farther away from the old town. They left a note and some chocolates for my girlfriends birthday without us telling them about the occasion which was much appreciated and made the stay memorable

Nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but this was by far the best experience. The staff truly made our stay unforgettable—they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever experienced such exceptional hospitality anywhere else. Every interaction made us feel valued. I can’t recommend this hotel enough, and we’ll definitely be back.
