I should have checked the reviews of the sleep inn before I registered. Most of the reviews were 1/5. I wouldn’t even give it a 1. No refrigerator, microwave, ice bucket, one towel, or antique bath tub. The place was run down, dirty and dated. Definitely do not recommend this place. Avoid!!

This property was absolutely filthy. Stained pillows, mattress pads and mattresses, white goo running down the faux leather bed skirt, stains on the chair. The air conditioner was broken and there was no light in the bathroom, it had been removed and there was just an opened gap in the ceiling. I immediately went back to the front desk, stained pillow in tow, and asked for a refund. I was offered a different room and declined, I just wanted a refund. The front desk clerk said she would "have to text the manager" and I would receive a refund in three days. That was March 22nd, and I still have not received a refund. I knew it would be a fight to get my money back but there was no way my children and I were going to sleep in that filth. So at 10:30pm I was lugging two tired kids around trying to find another hotel room. Oh and don't bother going to the hotel across the parking lot, they are run by the same people and have the same manager so if you go in complaining about the Sleep Inn across the parking lot and looking for a room for the night they will automatically tell you they are booked for the night.

I found the property to be about average. There were stains on the carpet in our room. There weren't even cups in the room for us to get us some water. No coffee maker in the room The breakfast was okay no butter for the bread or waffles. I don't think I will be booking with that particular hotel again.

Horrible hotel. Shower didn’t work so they moved me to another room where the door looked like it had been kicked in and wouldn’t lock. I asked for a refund and they refused.

This property is not what I expected. A few days ago I stayed at a Sleep Inn and expected this hotel to be similar. This is a slummy hotel. Ice machine didn’t work, lock to use to the adjoining room doesn’t work. Ceiling in hall looked like it had fallen down and not replaced. There were no blankets on the bed. TV didn’t work. By far this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in. We didn’t check in until 9 pm and we had driven more than 9 hrs, it was too late to deal with contacting you and try to find something else. I worked as a Travel Agent and if the hotel was a chain you could trust that all in the chain would be similiar, with this hotel it isn’t anything like the Sleep Inn I stayed in Wytheville, VA last Sunday. I’m very disappointed. Motel 6 are 100 times better than this horrible hotel. I can’t believe I paid close to $100 for the one night. After this experience I don’t think I can trust another Sleep Inn and won’t chance staying at another one because I don’t ever want to stay in another hotel like this one.

Rooms for us and our friends were hot when we checked in...had to repeatedly mess with controls of ac before it started cooling. Coffee maker in room broken. Advised by staff that pool hadnt been properly cleaned in while..said we could swim in pool at next door hotel. Bathroom sink kept stopping up. Found someone else's sock in closet/mattress stained/back of sink dirty. Website used said 12 noon checkout time but housekeeping started knocking on door at 11am ..we explained what site said. 10 mins later a memebrr of management was knocking on door to tell us of 11am checkout policy. Kept telling us they are accomodating for late check outs if given notice at check in. Would not listen to fact that noon was listed in website. The plus sides of stay...comfy soft bed, good water pressure and tasty hot breakfast.
