Casa Salamandra has been completely redesigned in 2016 and the result has been beautiful, as it is already with his already already rented house Casa Lagarto, which can also be booked through us. The Doppelbungalow is situated in a sunny position with a beautiful wide view of the sea and the Aridanetal. To the house belong approximately 160qm of land for sole use. The terrace is visually completely separated from the Casa Lagarto; Only the terraces border one another. A large terrace in front of the house offers you a wonderful panoramic view of the foothills of Los Llanos and the sea. At the grill, you can prepare your lunch freshly and sit comfortably together in the open air. A covered terrace with a table and 4 chairs offers a further seating possibility directly in front of the living area. From the main bedroom you can go directly to the terrace. The newly built outdoor area also has two sun loungers as well as two lounging chairs and was planted with cacti and palm trees. The 90sqm living space is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom en suite, a guest toilet and a living and dining area. The living area is beautifully bright and flooded by a partially glazed roof, through an adjoining door one reaches directly into the outside area. A sofa forms the center of the living room and separates the living room from the dining area. A small dining table, expandable for up to 4 people stands on the wall just under the glass roof. Stylish furniture, colorful accents and selected decoration form a harmonious whole. A long American style counter with sink separates the living room from the dining area. The house consists of 2 bungalows: Casa Salamandra and Casa Lagarto, both of which are rented separately from each other.
