"Everything was perfect. Room service was offered every time, just that we weren't able to customize our breakfast...although Everything else was perfect. Staff from restaurant were fast and acurate & the girl from the front that was pregnant help us a lot"

"The manager, Jorge, was particularly helpful and always friendly and cheerful. He went out of his way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. The grounds of the hotel are uniquely attractive, there being many pathways and multiple pools and at night attractive lighting. And then the beach is right there along with classic Palm trees making an overall alluring setting."
