I felt like I was inside the titanic, the inside of this hotel is so beautiful, the glass ceiling with its colorful pane window glass is amazing! Not to mention you are literally steps away from the zocalo like 20 steps and I’m not lying, My window view every morning and night was all of the historic churches and zocalo, couldn’t have it any other way, breakfast at the rooftop every morning buffet style all you can eat and drink included in my package was a big plus, if I ever get the opportunity to visit Mexico City again I will definitely stay here again.

so wanted to say amazing things but I feel like the owner doesn't spend time here to understand what is missing - so, the good things:
Comfy bed
Great room
Design is great, everywhere
Staff are super positive in Spanish and English
BUT
iron - no ironing board
bar but no one drinks there
restaurant but no one eats there
There's just no community or warmth
so you end up feeling like staying in your room without wanting to visit the 'hub' In the hotel there -there isnt one
they really should make a happy hour happen and bring people together and a special menu del dia for guests
The breakfast tried its best but I felt most things werent on the menu for B and B without paying more
so its good but next time I visit, sadly it went be here - sorry!
