"Pros: El anfitrión fue muy amable y atento, preguntamos si tenían ventilador y nos han puesto uno. La casa cuenta con todas las comodidades y bien equipada. Todo estaba limpio y en muy buenas condiciones. Nos ha dejado quedarnos unas horas más antes de nuestro vuelo. Muy agradecidos por ese gesto. "We enjoyed staying here. It's not far from the town. The house gives everyone plenty of room and was comfortable.A few things need a bit of attention, broken garden furniture, leaking shower head and general up-keep but nothing that spoiled our stay. The use of the pool was an added bonus.Be aware this is a residential area so expect noise from the neighbours with families. The owner doesn't speak any english so have your translater app open or be able to speak enough spanish.Very pleasant lady.I...

Top El Medano Hotel Reviews

The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama

The Ritz-Carlton Tenerife, Abama

10/10 Excellent
"The hotel is an amazing building itself. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. They are always prompt to help at any time. The room was well cleaned and the service was excellent. We had a balcony in our room that had a garden view and we sat down every night to look at the stars. The breakfast options were vast, even for me who is coeliac. They were very helpful in providing anything that I had requested and I was super impressed as being a gluten free you always are on downside of options, but this was not the case there. There are plenty of restaurants options and the staff from Verona (Italian restaurant) mainly Francisco was amazing. I cannot say enough how he made us feel special on our dinners there. We have celebrated our wedding anniversary and my husband birthday and the staff were very thoughtful about it . The beach that it is by the hotel was amazing with a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed our time at The Ritz Carlton in Tenerife and we will definitely be back soon."
