"A very poor selection of breakfast. No meat all carbs. We had to drive a half hour and have breakfast at the Marriott in Aguascalientes "

"We missed out connecting flight had to arrive 2 days late. We tried to get in touch with the hotel, to ask them to reschedule. It was very difficult to connect with them due to a language barrier. They ended up charging us for the nights we couldn’t stay. While I understand they have a strict cancellation policy, we were looking for empathy and flexibility. I wouldn’t recommend booking this hotel."
