Séjour Chantal et Laurent

Très bon accueil. Bon accompagnement tout au long du séjour. Appartement parfait et très bien équipé, surtout quand on voyage léger en avion : tout est prévu. Piscine très propre. Commerce et restaurants à proximité immédiate, pas besoin de voiture. C'était très bien.

Super équipé, très propre, de bon goût, une foule de petits détails... vaste parking de l'autre côté d'un boulevard (150 m), supermarché à 100 m. Seul bémol : comme il se trouve dans l'hypercentre, la rue en bas est assez passante, le bruit peut devenir agaçant à certains moments.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Alles war sehr sauber und liebevoll für unsere Ankunft vorbereitet. Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt! Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin verlief ohne Probleme und immer sehr schnell. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Die Terrasse ist einfach ein Traum! Besonders lobenswert möchte ich die nette Geste mit dem riesigen Obstkorb und dem liebevoll gedeckten Tisch bei unserer Anreise erwähnen!! Wir reisen seit 15 Jahren nach Spanien aber so etwas haben wir noch nicht erlebt. Selbst ein Trolley für Einkäufe wurde bereit gestellt. Diese kann man somit problemlos zu Fuß erledigen. Selbst eine Infomappe in verschiedenen Sprachen steht bereit. Die Vermieterin hat wirklich an alles gedacht! Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen!

Amazing

This is the second time in Annie’s apartment . It’s just perfect in every way , she has thought of everything . The check in process was very good , because we had stayed before , we knew all about the apartment. We had a welcome gift of fruit and wine . It’s close to all amenities, supermarket, restaurants and bars , overlooking the marina , just perfect . We had a problem with our return taxi , but Annie came to the rescue . Her daughter came to pick us up and took us to the Airport. Nothing is too much trouble. If you’re thinking of visiting Almerimar , this is the place . You will not be disappointed. 🤗😊. Spectacular Marina Views

The cleanliness and artistic presentation is one of the best we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday with a superb large terrace and amazing Marina view. The complex is quiet and yet so close to all amenities and it’s not necessary for a car as all is in walking distance. Annie is a thoughtful caring host and wants to make sure the holiday goes well. Best place for golf

We spend 3 months there really enjoyed the place, like advertised well located, golf, grocery, transportation to city. You can see the sea from the balcony. Annie and Yvan were perfect host, always ready to help. I recommend this place

Beautiful marina apartment

Beautiful apartment with stunning view of the marina and the sea. Lovely open plan interior with a very large terrace and the use of a big communal pool. Very clean interior with everything you need for your holiday. Would recommend a stay here.

Één woord, heerlijk!!!

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd doorgebracht in dit appartement en bij uitbreiding in Almerimar! Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Alles is werkelijk aanwezig zelfs een winkel karretje zodat je niet hoeft te zeulen met je boodschappen! Het appartement is mooi ingericht met een moderne keuken en leefruimte, ruime badkamer met heerlijk instap douche en een gerieflijke en eveneens ruime slaapkamer met prima tweepersoonsbed. De leefruimte en slaapkamer geven uit op het grote en gezellige terras. Alles is kraaknet! Het appartement ligt aan de haven vlak bij het gezellige kleine centrum met een grote keuze aan horeca ( als ik toch iets mag aanbevelen, bar restaurant “El Algarbe” in een hoekje op het pleintje, gerund door Puri, laat haar maar kiezen wat je gaat eten 😁 typisch Spaans! De mercadona supermarkt is vlak om de hoek en het strand met de dichtstbijzijnde chiringuito is op nog geen 10 min wandelen! Ook nog het vermelden waard, en voor ons zeker een pluspunt, geen massa toerisme! De meeste toeristen zijn Spaans dus je ervaart toch nog wat van het “echte” Spanje 🇪🇸 😎. Dank je wel Annie voor deze heerlijke vakantie!!! We denken er met heimwee aan terug!

Agréable séjour

Les photos de l'appartement sont conforme . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette appartement très bien placé dans une résidence calme et propre . Nous avons été très bien accueillit et merci à notre hôtesse pour les petits présent lors de notre arrivé . Une décoration simple avec beaucoup de gout ,une très grande terrasse avec vue sur le port ,la chambre à coucher ,la salle de bain ainsi que l'espace de vie sont spacieux on se sent vite comme chez soi . le petit plus un rotor en français qui nous a permit de pouvoir regarder la télévision. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour correspondre avec notre hôtesse qui à toujours été à notre écoute . Merci encore pour ce belle appartement ou nous avions tous à notre disposition.

Amazing

We finally got to stay at Annie’s Apartment, originally booked in 2019 , then COVID came . It was definitely well worth the wait . Everything is just perfect for our needs . Communication with Annie very good . We were met by the cleaner , she showed us round explaining everything that we needed to know . The apartment is so clean , so close to shops , bars , beach all you need from a Holiday. The view from the terrace over looking the marina is lovely , spent most of our time relaxing on the terrace . Sun all day , shade if you want it . Did quite a bit of cooking while we were there , Annie has thought of everything , never stayed in an apartment that was so well equipped. We will definitely be returning , we both loved it. A big thank you to Annie for the use of her apartment . Loved every minute. Hope we get to meet up the next time . 🤗😊👍

The best apartment ever!!!

My husband and I have just returned home after 2 weeks in the most wonderful apartment! Annie's apartment is stunning for so many reasons. The apartment itself is beautiful. Furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. You will want for nothing! There is a large terrace that gets the sun from morning until evening (as my tan will testfy!) It also has a shaded area which suited my fair skinned husband!! An abundance of restaurants and bars are literally a 5 minute walk away as are the supermarkets. Annie has provided a trolley to take to the supermarket, which is a life saver! I can also understand why Almerimar is known as the sunniest place in Europe. We had 2 weeks of constant sunshine!! Annie is the most amazing host and is so helpful should you need to contact her at all. I can honestly say this was the best holiday we have ever had, and it goes without saying we will be booking again for next year! Look no further, this apartment and its location are truly amazing! Thank you Annie!!

Perfect location

We have been self catering for many many years and we have never stayed in a better presented apartment with all the home comforts required to enjoy a holiday. Annie has amazing taste and anticipates all your holidays needs from all the essentials for self catering to thoughtful additions like a shopping trolley to get your provisions from the local shops without the need of a car. (A true bonus ) and we particularly liked the fab sliding fly screens which makes all the difference. The apartment is in an amazing location with superb views and so close to good bars and restaurants. Almerimar has a lovely deli, green grocers, butchers and bakers all family run businesses. Annie is efficient and professional with all your wants and needs. We have already booked to return now knowing it’s everything we want. Thank you Annie so glad we found you. 🤗

This apartment is well-equipped, beautifully furnished and added to which, the view over the marina is one which stays with you long after the holiday. The terrace is spacious. So comfortable and excellent location

6 months since our last visit to Annie’s beautifully presented apartment and it felt like home. Once again it was spotless when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable two weeks. Despite the weather being windy, we were well sheltered on the spacious terrace to sit or lay in the February sun. Looking forward to the next time.
