We had a nice room with an ocean view for a great price. The pool and slides were beautiful and lots of fun. A little disappointed with the condition of the tennis court, one of the reasons we booked here, but with the rest of the property we were very happy.

The hotel building is good, in an excellent position and in good condition. Our room was a de-luxe 5th floor room, large, well fitted and in good condition. However, it was still school holidays when we stayed which made it very noisy. The restaurant was extremely noisy and children running in all directions.The food was ok, not great. The evening entertainment was very loud. So overall, unless you are taking your children there during the holidays, wait until school is back!

Average - ok holiday but will not come back

The pool areas were very nice, but the rooms were very old. Also, most rooms have individual beds which are not suitable for family-holiday especially with smaller kids. The food was most days below average. Some days were good, but most days not. Our son was 6 years old and participated in the "mini club" from 4-8 years. Our overall impression was, that most of the staff were much more enaged in the activities for the teens and adults and not as much in the smaller kids.

Hay que cuidar algún aspecto

Todo muy bien excepto la política de amacas de la piscina, la cual hará que no vuelva si no veo que se haya cambiado. No puede ser que, mínimo, desde las 7:30a.m. ya están las sombrillas con sus amacas reservadas por gente con la toalla colocada, y gente que lo mismo no va a la piscina hasta la tarde. Deberían de retirar las toallas de las amacas sin utilizar y no dejar entrar a la piscina hasta que estén los socorristas y la piscina abierta al baño. Buffet no muy variado pero si hay de todo, prácticamente como cualquier buffet de hotel de playa. La habitación muy bien. Animación para adultos y niños buena.

Piscina grande masificada y sucia de césped. Dificultad para conseguir una hamaca. Debería haber alguna forma para que la gente no ocupe hamacas sin estar. fui por los toboganes piscina pequeña no recomiendo más de 5 días.si vais recomiendo reserven habitaciones nuevas y con vistas al mar .colas interminables en el bufet. Por lo que recomiendo deben ir con antelación al desayuno,comida cena.no hay café descafeinado

Hotel fiestero

Hotel masificado. La comida correcta pero estilo rancho. En la piscina había que pegarse por una tumbona. El personal de animación y los camareros muy amables, pero muy inexpertos. El ambiente del hotel era ruidoso y abarrotado. Clientes locales en su mayoría. La habitación era amplia pero necesita una renovación. No es un hotel para estar tranquilo, si quieres estar de fiesta y bebiendo en la piscina mientras tus hijos se tiran por los toboganes, sí que te puede gustar. Las fotos del hotel sugerían otra cosa la verdad.

Hotel bastante decente en la zona. Lo mejor de todo la animación y los animadores, se lo trabajan muchísimo con los peques y los mayores en la noche. La piscina y el buffet demasiado masificados. La calidad de la comida buena, la variedad no tanto.

Las instalaciones, la comida y la atención de todo el personal, camareros, servicio de limpieza, animadores, etc fueron perfectos. Lo único que si nos hubiera gustado es a parte de la animación hubiese habido más baile para los adultos. Por lo demás, todo genial!

Hotel grande, buenas piscinas y personal amable, .... pero ya está. Un buffet muy escaso y la única protección para el covid era que la gente se ponga mascarilla, mucha gente por todos lados en el comedor y la comida no viene tapada ni te la sirve el personal del hotel, es decir, un buffet en el que la gente coge lo que quiera como ha sido toda la vida. Habiendo varios salones para comer, solo hay abierto uno para tanta gente. La bebida te la sirven cuando te sientas, pero si quieres más, ya cuesta encontrar a la persona encargada de las bebidas para pedirle otra, no la sirve cualquier camarero. Para comer y cenar, si te gustan los fritos y las ensaladas, de lujo. Es acercarse al comedor y ya huelen los fritos, luego hay un pescado y una carne que la hacen a la plancha. Además, cada 2-3 días se repite la comida, arroz, fideua y de nuevo arroz. No espereis algo especial cada día, como puede ser un dia comida mexicana, ... Para merienda solo bocadillos y hamburguesas, nada de fruta, crema de cacao, helados (eso tengo la duda, ya que el último día vi a alguien con un helado, tal vez haya que pedirlo, pero no los tienen a la vista y nadie pedía),.... y a las 18:00h cierra, justo la hora de merendar. Faltan muchos licores, como licor de café o de coco(estilo Malibú). En cuanto a la habitación, muy chica para tres personas y almohadas incómodas. Para la playa hacen falta escarpines, muchas piedras, además está algo retirada como para estar en la playa y subir al hotel a por bebida.

Agradable experiencia. Aunque el gotear estaba en temporada baja y con los servicios mínimos. Los niños abrían disfrutado más si las atracciones de las piscinas hubiesen estado funcionando.

Agradable pero sevicio minimo en fin de temporada.

El personal a pesar de todo es muy simpatico.Los acensores no funcionaban bien, durante mas de una semana. Desayuno muy variado y bueno lastima que el chef cuece huevos y bacon pocas veces asi que se tiene que comerlos frio.
