「Pros: Views, decent pool area, peaceful surroundings. Cons: Super hard mattress (woke up with back aches), cheap, rough bedding and worn towels that badly need replacing. Felt like a motel quality stay honestly—my friend and I felt like we were glamping. Food and water amenities were overpriced as we found better, cheaper options offsite. Had to request maintenance for slow draining sink and low water pressure. Bed creaked.」

「I couldn't get a towel after swimming. My family had to use a used towel. I went to the reception, but they didn't bring it to me, and there was no answer from the evening and I didn't see anyone. Everything was perfect except for the service above. The lake was so beautiful.」

「We loved our stay here. Everything was good and the view is stunning. Communication was good through WhatsApp. The only thing I would say I had an issue with was the daily cleaning. It didn’t happen, but we asked extra towels and they did bring them. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay! 」

「This is definitely a hidden gem in Lago Coatepeque! The staff is so welcoming and the hotel’s slogan is to treat every guest like family. My grandmother, mom and I definitely felt like we were staying with family. Josue is one of the staff and is so knowledgeable about coffee. Make sure to ask for a coffee tasting with him! The owner of the hotel, Daniel, is the sweetest guy. He along with Josue took us on a coffee tour at his finca where we saw coffee trees, mangos, limes, avocados and more!!...

「The place is great, clean with a beautiful View. The road to get there is very narrow and uphill so definitely need 4x4 a small car might not make it. The shops are near by which it’s great. I would definitely recommend. 」
