We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff are super friendly, efficient and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The buffet breakfast was vey good and had made to order eggs. We had dinner in the restaurant twice and enjoyed it both times. We would definitely stay here again.

Small boutique hotel with polite staff. Breakfast was made to order scrambled eggs, but had buffet style deli cold cuts and cheese, fresh fruits, assorted pastries and bread. Hotel is walking distance from Main Street and the starting points of several of the main hikes. Only flaw there’s no central AC unit so the room gets warm

Unhelpful staff for the high cost

The hotel staff was extremely unhelpful and sometimes rude. The two women working the front desk seemed annoyed whenever we asked them simple questions. They also charged us more than what we booked for. They said it was the law and that we’d get a refund on our credit card but it hasn’t worked like that at any other hotel in Argentina. The hotel is clean / located in a good spot. After walking around El Chalten and seeing other hotels / hostels, I wish I had gone with a more affordable option because everything in town was pretty comparable in quality.

Fantastic place to stay

The rooms were clean and comfortable and the food was great as well. We particularly loved the staff who was so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

This was a great property just off the main street - very walkable to the main hiking trails. The Premium room was brand new with modern furnishings and was very comfortable. Breakfast was great and the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

It showed a price of $743.79 when I booked, but I was actually charged $823.81 at check-in. They blamed it on the exchange rate, but this didn't happen with any of my other bookings in Argentina.

Hôtel d’un chic incroyable et de bon goût. Patio, grande fenêtre. Tranquille et près de tout. Nous avons adoré les lunchs box, option sans gluten. Malheureusement dans notre cas la porte patio était brisée et impossible de faire aérer. Le resto très bon mais sans ambiance. Une terrasse serait extra. Nous recommandons.

Lindo hotel confortable

Súper cómodo y confortable hotel Nos encantó, agua bastante caliente en la ducha, la calefacción perfecta en la recámara, y tú puedes regularla, la habitación linda, amplia y muy cómoda, silenciosa, el desayuno bueno, con algunos por ductos artesanales como el yogurt y mermeladas!
