The house is even more beautiful than expected as the photos don't do it justice. The property is located in a quiet, private, and tranquil area but still close to shopping, restaurants, and everything else you might need. "Can’t beat facing the beach and enjoying the view. Only 4 stars as screens weren’t working so had many many bug bites through the whole stay, especially at night even though house shut at night. On first day, requested screens be repaired which had to be done as replacements after we left. A shame this wasn’t noticed by management before we arrived, so we could have enjoyed the stay more. Hopefully it will work for next vacationers."

"The villa itself was beautiful !! Gorgeous views, wonderful pool, trails to hike, great people staffing as well as others staying on the property. 8 bungalows with other guests, and still very private. Access was a bit difficult. Road to property is dirt and very rough with many potholes from rainy season. Not regular car access type. Roads in Nicaragua leave much to be desired.. to say the least. Highways are excellent but be prepared for the driving !!"
