There are 3 large picture windows with a view of the ocean on a clear day and awesome sunsets just about every night to enjoy from your own private covered deck.
The open layout is modern and efficient, with a breakfast bar and separate dining for 4. There is a full kitchen which is stocked with just about every small appliance you should need: microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, french drip coffee press, blender, toaster, toaster oven, garbage disposal. There are some essentials for cooking; spices, sugar, oil and cooking supplies. Cupboards are stocked with dishes, pots and pans and everything needed.
The flooring is vinyl wood look which makes it easy to clean, ceiling fan (with remote) and modern art deco lighting. There is a mini split to keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer months.
The bedroom boasts a king size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands and 10 ft closet. There is additional storage above the closet and an ceiling fan to keep the air flowing. Brick work gives you that cozy feeling.
The bathroom has a wonderful black walk in tile shower with glass doors. There is a nice vanity with plenty of storage.
Take in the view on your private covered deck, complete with another dining table and patio chairs to sip your coffee in the morning. Succulent gardens with a patio swing to enhance your place of peace, twinkle lights adorn all the outdoor space.
You have your own driveway which drops you right to your front door. No steps or stairs anywhere.

The location is near by popular shopping centers, the trolley and bus stops. Plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby and medical facilities. Cowles mountain hiking and biking trails are also just a few miles away. Santee lakes is about 5 miles away and famous for relaxation or fun activities. The coastline and beaches are just 15 miles drive time.

Owner has separate home on same property but also private. She will be there if you need her but otherwise, let you have your space. There is a beagle dog on owners premises when owner is home but goes just about everywhere owner goes.
