「The hotel is gorgeous. It has many pools to choose from so at times, if it's not too busy, you can have a pool to yourself. Service is hit/miss, especially at the restaurants. The Italian restaurant has awesome food but service was terrible. For breakfast, you only have buffet as an option and at times, you had to wait 20 minutes to sit down. There were tons of tables available, but no staff. Steak House's food was not great. I highly recommend: sushi, mexican and Italian.」

「I gave this 3 stars when measured against other 5-star resorts we've stayed at in Mexico — this one didn't hold up. The food, amenities, and service fell short compared to other 5-star all-inclusive resorts we've visited in Cabo, Puerto Vallarta, and Cancun. My son scraped his leg at the pool, so we went to the hotel's little shop to buy rubbing alcohol to clean it before applying a bandage. The small bottle cost $33 USD. Yes, $33. Nothing about Mexico's touristy corridors surprises me anymore —...
