"It a beautiful property, we stay on a room facing the street (bad idea if you're planning on chill/rest vacation), the fan wasn't working properly, definitely if there's something to improve I think the A/C would be the only one. Staff is excellent."

"Very Modern clean Business Hotel. Nice clean room with comfortable bed. I walked around and saw the gym and pool, both looked very nice. Decent Bar and Lounge area. Hotel was very slow while we were there so we weren't even sure the Bar was open but the Bartender came running up to serve us and was very friendly. Breakfast was very good along with the service! Only downsides I can see is parking would be limited if the hotel was full and the location is a bit of a drive during rush hours."

"Stunning property. The service was second to none. Excellent location. It’s a big hotel would be the only slight downside if you’re looking for a small boutique experience. It depends on what you’re looking for. The pool, gym, spa etc make up for it."

"The hacienda style is very unique and nice. Bedrooms need better maintenance. Carpets need deep cleaning. More water should be provided to rooms given that it Mexico you cannot drink tap water safely."
