"The hosts were incredibly nice and hospitable. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is terrific and the location is perfect for getting around between Kaiserslautern and Zweibrucken. "We had the most amazing stay here! The view was beautiful, the beds were so comfortable, and the house was equipped with everything we could ever need. Peter was a gracious host, he surprised us with welcome treats and very responsive with any questions we had. There were quite a few stairs to get the home, but don’t let it deter you. We plan to return to the area again and would love to stay here again! "

"Wir waren zu 4 in diesem wirklich schönen Chalet. Wer die Abgeschiedenheit liebt ist hier vollkommen richtig. Das Chalet befindet sich inmitten der Natur an einem Weiher. Die Zufahrt ist dank der Wegbeschreibung durch den Gastgeber gut zu finden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief problemlos und und unbürokratisch.. Check in durch Schlüsselbox. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Leben braucht gut ausgestattete Küche etc. Die Bilder im Exposé entsprechen voll der...

"We (family of 4 + dog) have stayed here overnight every year on our way to the south and we love it! Beautiful location (garden, woods, quiet, water feature), yet Zweibrücken’s excellent shopping outlet is just 2 minutes away by car. The rooms are comfortable and our dog was allowed to join us for dinner and breakfast (as an observer). There are two restaurants, but best to reserve a table in advance as the venue is often used for weddings (being a picturesque location). Highly recommended, and we shall return next summer!"

"A wonderful hotel with a view that could not be matched in the area. The room was comfortable and the air conditioning was a godsend as it was quite warm outside. The view from the terrace should not be missed. The property is a stone’s throw from old castle ruins (free) and an underground sandstone quarry (there is an admission fee), as well as a short walk from the old town. Full disclosure: the hotel is on the top of a hill. While the walk into town was all downhill and relatively easy, the walk back up to the hotel could be viewed as somewhat strenuous."
