Luxury resort with outdoor pool and lounge, within short walking distance to the beach and waterfront activities. All inclusive menu with great Israeli cuisine and decadent desserts. Generous open bar and snacks throughout the day. Staff is incredibly attentive and accommodating.

Everything was EXCEPTIONAL! From the min at the reception to the food area and staff at dining through room service, EVERYTHING was REALLY REALLY GREAT!!! Will DEFINITELY go back there on our next vacation!

Lovely hotel minutes from the beach food good and plentiful. Pool was cold for February although we were blessed with good weather the water was too cold to enjoy a swim although noted others in the pool for a few brave minutes. Staff could do with being friendlier at reception but have had much worse in past so no specific complaints.

Room was modern and cleaned daily. The food was great. Breakfast was good but mostly the same every day. Lunch and dinner always had new and different stands for putting together dishes. The staff was very attentive. We were staying with an infant and multiple times different staff members that noticed us walking around the hotel asked us if we had everything we needed for him. The location is great too, 2 minute walk from the docks and promenade, less than 10 minutes to the Ice Mall.

Some services at reception/restaurants had problems (very slow, not friendly etc...) but in general, all good. Very clean, nice facility, not very big hotel so somehow kept quiet even though the hotel was fully booked with lots of kids running around :) Food was great, wonderful bar/lounge service, great to be pampered for vacation!! Recommended hotel.

A great hotel for families with children

The hotel staff was very friendly, food was fantastic, especially dinner, breakfast was alright, although not that diverse. The two things that i didn't like in the hotel were the visitors (some were very rude with no matters at all) and the fact that there was no beach nearby (there's a marina, no beach with sand nearby though). Overall the experience was positive and i would definitely consider going back.

Great stay

It was a very nice holiday! We were very happy with the hotel, the room was clean and spacious with balcony with pool and promenade view. The service was excellent and the food was varied.

Decent but mildly disappointing

The room smelled badly, like mold or mildew from the air conditioning. The mattress was flimsy. The food was mostly fine but the fish was undercooked and made us sick. It’s a good location and a fair price for the overall experience, but not the sort of place to return to. Covid obviously had a bad effect, and the place seemed overwhelmed by a rowdy crowd who had limited options on the hottest weekend in Israeli history.
