The main level was okay temperature wise with a travel fan; however, the third floor was horrible even with a travel fan. I would highly recommend investing in two fans per room or air conditioning. Bed was comfortable; however, I would invest in real pillows or definitely bring your own. Overall we had a lovely stay. The elevator did breakdown once but was fixed within 24 hours. "We were delighted to find the space as described, directly at the lake with an amazing view. Everything was clean and comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Communication with the host was great although confusing at times as we also received communication from a German property manager in German ahead of our stay. It all worked itself out perfectly and we had an awesome stay. I especially want to recommend the restaurant below the apartment called Seesicht! Excellent food, service and view!"

"Wir hatten ein tolles langes Wochenende. Die Wohnung ist mit allem was nötig ist ausgestattet. Es gibt eine große Terrasse und einen großen Garten. Fußläufig gibt es einen Supermarkt und mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Bodensee. Der Check in war kontaktfrei, aber uns wurde bei Fragen schnell weitergeholfen. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"We enjoyed being in the heart of the town for a few days. The hotel was convenient for the harbour and eateries as well as the old town up the hill. The room had a balcony overlooking the harbour which we enjoyed for afternoon relaxation. It feels busy at times with the hubbub of the harbour and passing people but it wasn’t noisy. But for a lovely spot to watch or listen to the world go by, it was perfect. The Alte Post next door was wonderful for food and the ice cream parlour below was great for a pick me up. Staff at the hotel were excellent and so helpful. Beds were comfy. All in all a great stay. Minor gripe was lack of coffee facilities in the room. However, the breakfast buffet was immense! That set you up for the day in a gorgeous sister hotel along the road."
