Perfect location, close to beach and shops/restaurants. Staff I wasn't impressed with: although I clearly was not happy about my checking in procedure (reception was closed although I arrived 17.10 and my information said reception open until 18.00 hours; I had to pick up my key in another hotel that I could not find in the darkness and mist) NO-ONE said sorry. Furthermore the reception was closed again the day I left during check out time (??!!) - maybe to avoid guests asking if they can store their luggage? Very customer unfriendly. Apartment is ok, but old: the building is very noisy which kept me awake. Overall: great location, old building, terrible staff.

Für die Unterkunft spricht ganz klar die Lage. Auch an Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Die Parkplatzsituation ist fast immer mau in Egmond. Was uns nicht gefällt ist das Frühstück: Ja, es ist eigentlich alles da und auch frisch, aber die Auswahl ist gering und jeden Tag gleich. Auf Wünsche wie laktosefreien Joghurt wurde nicht mal reagiert. Schade.

Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen

Das Personal ist freundlich, um auf das Zimmer zu kommen, mussten man Treppen auf und runtergehen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, auch nachts. Wir haben über 140€ pro Nacht bezahlt das war das Zimmer nicht wert. Beim Frühstück gibt es immer das selbe, keine Abwechslung. Egmond ist sehr schön, aber nicht in diesem Hotel als Paar

Prima hotel, zeer centraal gelegen, strand op steenworp afstand. En iets verder: uitgestrekte bloeiende tulpenvelden. Helaas slecht weer en koude nacht, maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen. Wel een kleine aanbeveling voor het hotel: extra dekbedden of dekens in de kast voor dergelijke koude nachten.

Toll für einen kurzen Trip

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es hat eine phantastische Lage; ich denke 20 Meter bis zum Strand. Das Restaurant ist sonnendurchflutet und die Karte ist toll. Jeder Cent ist es wert!!! Das Frühstück jedoch ist sehr bescheiden. Für den Preis kann man eigentlich mehr erwarten, doch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Service machen das teilweise wieder wett: Aber unser Zimmer war leider sehr, sehr klein...

Positiv: - Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. - Frühstückszeiten sehr gut, Auswahl beim Frühstück gut. - Lage ist perfekt!! - Zimmerausstattung gut, viele Ablagemöglichkeiten und Schränke, alles sauber. - Bad sehr klein, aber auch hier viele Ablagemöglichkeiten und alles sauber. Negativ: Das Hotel ist SEHR hellhörig. Alles in allem ein tolles Hotel, unbedingt empfehlenswert!
