Bei der Ankunft wurde schnell klar, dass der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte und das Ferienhaus eindeutig für Hundebesitzer konzipiert war. Die Hundehaare auf dem Bett bestätigten dies. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Rezeption, Kundendienst und Dormio stellte sich heraus, dass Belvilla die volle Verantwortung für die Mängel übernahm. Belvilla bearbeitet unsere Beschwerde...
