"Great staff and clean hotel"

"Everything was great. My room and everywhere else in the pansiyon was very clean. The host was friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. "

"Front office staff was unattentive. Not welcoming and arrogant attitude from the start of stay until we leave. They simply didn't care about guest satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was not up to standards, the breakfast room was untidy with a mop and big water bottle left on the side. Overall the stay was overpriced according to the service standards and negative attitude from staff."

The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.The restaurant is very cozy and they serve great pizza and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing negative about our two night stay here."
