Stay comfortably in Edmonton at this 2-bedroom loft condo. The spacious loft offers 2 bedrooms which feature a queen bed and a full bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, a washing machine, and AC. The bathroom comes equipped with a hairdryer for your convenience. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a cozy futon. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
Prime location in the heart of downtown! 1000 sq. foot modern style loft with only 4 units per floor make this an exclusive property. Loft Rental YEG has all the convenience and comfort with access to all downtown amenities. Walking distance to Rogers Place, access to transit, grocery store/Starbucks across the street and numerous eatery options!
Loft Rental YEG offers two nook bedrooms, high ceilings, fully stocked kitchen and extremely clean atmosphere. Check out is 11AM. Welcome home!
The space:
Bright design and cozy space that has been made for your comfort! Free, hi-speed internet is provided and for those that are working from home, a desk area and office chair. There is a smart TV, sectional couch and comfortable, fluffy beds for sleeping. Remodelled with brand new floors, laundry and huge storage areas for guests. Includes central AC that can be controlled within the unit to ensure all guests are comfortable!
The two nook bedrooms provide one queen and one double mattress and there is a single sleeping fold out pad available for additional guests. Bedroom one provides two open closets and a queen bed. Bedroom two provides a double bed and in-room wardrobe. Large storage unit is in main living area that will easily accommodate all guests.
Our property accommodates 2-4 guests and up to 5 guests with one queen bed, one double bed and one single mattress pad that converts from a chair (see picture). Please note, approved occupancy is 4 guests and any additional guests must be approved prior to booking and a fee is charged. This is monitored and non-adherence to guest occupancy house rules will result in a fine. This suite is non-smoking and does not include parking. See FAQ for parking recommendations.
Small pets are allowed, but must be approved prior to booking and a pet fee of $30 per booking will apply.
Kitchen includes all amenities such as a pod coffee maker, kettle, cutlery, serving plates, bowls, bottle opener, tea towels and dish clothes, oven mitt and stainless steel pots and pans. Tin foil and plastic baggies are also provided for guest comfort.
Basic loft amenities have been provided including fresh towels, bathroom supplies, dishwasher tabs, washer tabs, dryer sheets, an iron, ironing board. shampoo/conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, etc.
This space has been designed to be relaxing and comfortable with every amenity so that you can enjoy the downtown atmosphere while feeling at home.
Please note: We are very lucky to be located at the apex intersection of downtown Edmonton. This means we have all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops and other amenities that our guests can enjoy just outside our front door!
However, with this bustling nightlife comes downtown street noise that guests should be aware of before booking. Street level noise is more prominent on weekends when the bars in the area are more active. Please be aware of this before booking.

Q: Is parking included?
A: This listing does *NOT* include parking and is up to the discretion of the guest.
There are several parking alternatives depending on your needs. There is first-come-first-serve City of Edmonton street parking on 109st or 108st. Please check City of Edmonton meters and signs for current information. Pictures on listing show designated parking areas.
For ease, we generally recommend guests park in one of the paid lots behind the building. There is an above ground Impark lot behind the building or a heated underground parkade in the alley behind the building. This information provided is to my best knowledge and may change so I encourage guests to check times on meters to ensure they are responsible for their own parking needs.
The app which can be downloaded on your phone “Hang Tag” or "Hot Spot Mobile" can be used to extend parking times and is a user friendly way to manage your parking needs. For City of Edmonton street parking, the Epark Hot Spot Mobile" app allows for all parking times to be done through your phone etc.
Q: Is the suite pet friendly?
A: Yes, however this must be approved prior to arrival and a pet fee of $30/pet is charged per booking which must be paid prior to check-in.
Q: When can I check in?
A: General check in is between 3pm and 9pm. If checking in past 9pm there will be a $10 fee applied to the guest. We ask that guests provide an estimated check in time at the time of booking so that we can be available to buzz you into the building.
Q: Can I check in early or late?
A: If the other bookings allow we can try to accommodate an early or late checkout. Please give notice at the time of booking. There is an fee is $20/hour for requested late checkout past 11am for checkout or before 3pm for check-in.

If any damage or mess is made to common area, guest will incur a fee and re-booking will not be welcome. Please respect the house rules and common area expectations and do not loiter in the lobby.
The cleanliness and sanitation of the space is top priority and hospital grade medical products are used to fully clean and sanitize the space. In addition, personal comfort items such as hand sanitizer is provided. COVID cleaning protocols are strictly adhered to in order to provide a safe and clean space for our guests!
