Clean room, good wifi, great location - rooms a bit too sparse and did not like expensive charge for 45 minute early check-in or charging for bag storage.

The hotels internal design, classic, elegant and stylish but not pretentious. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. Great breakfast too

For starters the manager of the properrty could have been more professional. The staff should not sleep on the lobby couch at night. Also, they did NOT know anything about london and told us as visitors to Google. WHO DOES THAT?! It's their job to know about the area. Second, the hotel images of the surrounding area is very misleading. Its the trashy place i've ever seen. Last, the cleaning lady of Friday is very nice!
