「Amazing condo! The condo is super clean, very warm and inviting. Communication with the owners couldn’t have been better, they checked in and made sure the whole process was too notch! 」

「Good room for sleeping and a shower, very outdated and needs work …. Lots of walking without elevator hauling beach stuff up and down stairs…. Limited parking and parking across the street was difficult with beach chairs/bags….also, had a few bugs inside the room 😳」

「We stayed at this complex a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. We booked this unit this year because it was available. Upon arrival we walked through the unit. We pulled back the comforter and sheets. The sheets had spots on them and had hard pieces of "white chips" and hard "blue circular" particles on the sheets. The comforter had dried blood and yellow crusty stains on it. There is no matress pad and the mattress had bodily fluid stained on it. Bathroom drawer was filled with hair and...

「AC was window units. One in the bedroom and one in the living area. Convenient to the beach. Parking was minimal. We had to use the overflow each night across Atlantic Blvd. We saw one roach in the bathroom and a few very tiny black bugs in the bathroom. 」
