"The room was ok. It was clean with frig, microwave, however. there were indentations in the woodwork with no paint repair done. The tub had swatches of something on it. Main thing it was clean but nothing to write home about. front desk staff were congenial most of the time. Breakfast bought packaged donuts and coffee. We went to breakfast at about 715 am and only 2 donuts left in each package. Not until we left at 745 am did the donuts get replenished with new packages."

"This property is beautiful, quiet and isolated, yet only a fifteen minute drive to downtown Ludington. Everything we could have needed was already at the home down to the smallest detail. From the kitchen, laundry room and even the bathrooms, everything we could have needed was provided. We throughly enjoyed our time here. Our stay for five nights with six people was overwhelmingly positive and the following did not take away from our experience but were observations during our stay. The basement level, newly added or renovated is extremely cold with the AC running. The barbecue grill lacked sufficient propane for our stay and was in need of cleaning before it could have been used. Again, all of the positives far exceeded expectations even with check in and check out. I just wish we’d found their direct booking website when planning our stay."

"We had such a good time here! The back yard is huge and the view is amazing! Great fire pit. The house is also huge. It was easy to get away from the other 12 people staying there. EVERYTHING you need is provided, all cookware, towels, sheets, toys, everything! So much parking. If only the beach were more accessible it would be a gold mine. It was such a trek down and back, almost dangerous. But the beach! So clean and not another soul in site. My grandsons were fascinated by the activity from the dam next to us. Fun to watch the boats working. We truly loved this place. We just wish there was a better way to the beach. Thank you so much for providing all we needed for a wonderful extended family vacation. We will have many great memories of this stay. PLEASE let us know if the walk to the beach gets improved. We would definitely be back."
