「This place would not be to everyone's taste. It is not a regular corporate-type hotel and it looks a bit sketchy from the outside. A neighboring building is boarded up. The upstairs is a maze of tiny rooms. Shower down the hall. But the staff are friendly and helpful. It's in an interesting neighborhood one block from busy Delaware Ave and set among wonderful old mansions. My room was tiny but comfortable and quiet. If I return to Buffalo I will certainly stay here again.」

「Beautiful old mansion lovingly restored with so much charm! This was a fantastic location for our needs. We were able to walk past estates and cute cottages with beautiful gardens to shops and restaurants for breakfast and lunch. Close to the Buffalo History Museum and other local attractions and about 20 minutes from Niagara Falls.
