"Much needed maintenance items include fixing bathroom tile work, rear exterior lock, and heating system. There was only one blanket for two beds on a cold night. When checking the bedroom before leaving, we discovered someone before us had left a butcher knife in the nightstand of the rear bedroom. None of the lamps were plugged in because of a lack of outlets. Apparently they are for show only. The ad showed a bungalow but the property was a two story Victorian with three apartments."

"Great little apartment, perfect for those in town for work. Only complaints was bathroom is a little small but it didn’t bother me but the bed was firm/hard for me, probably fine for others but I’ve had back surgery and would need more cushion. I mentioned to owners to get a Tempur-pedic pad which will help a lot, hopefully they get one but if not I’ll bring my own if I stay here again because the place is really nice overall!"

"The place was clean. The location was downtown in a very safe location. The high ceilings and tall doors were nice. Nice restaurants and the pier were on the same and neighboring blocks. And, as an added bonus of safety, police made themselves visible as an additional safeguard."

"We rented this unit for a week-long stay in Montgomery. The unit was as advertised, very nice, and in easy walking distance to many downtown attractions. Hard one little maintenance issue which the property manager jumped on right away and fixed it. I would take this unit again if another opportunity came up."

"Travled here for a work trip. Great spot located downtown but also quick to job site. Very clean and enjoyed the evenings on the balcony and cooking in the kitchen instead of having to eat out every night, although great restaurants within walking distance."

" There were a few things that would have improved our stay. We chose to stay at the VRBO because we wanted to cook out meals. There was not a real coffee pot. There was only one dish towel. It would have been helpful to have a colander, a can opener and a carrot peeler. Otherwise, everything else was good. "
