"The property felt dated, although clean and in good shape. The included breakfast was pretty slim, we ended up going elsewhere."

"Only two complaints; air conditioning in our corridor was much too cold, and the bathroom had too few hooks. Otherwise… Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Humorous furniture and room keys. NBA semifinals easily found on TV. Lovely hot water temperature. Comfortable bed. Easy to use thermostat. We were on a high floor, and the street noise was minimal. Valet parking was worth the price. Free oranges and apples at front desk. WiFi worked properly; why no password? I’ve been seeing this at other establishments too. Has this become a safe way to operate? The establishments should blurb you as to why this is probably safe nowadays."

"I have stayed at this location many times the past few years and it is great clean, close to the university and shopping. upon checking in now they charge a parking fee. Since I have stayed here in the past I had no idea this changes. Also I didn’t notice the TINY FINE PRINT that there is a fee for parking. Should be more upfront about new policy changes. It should be in the cost of the hotel. I have to pay for a breakfast I don’t eat because it is included in the cost so parking should be the same. Or have breakfast optional & pay for it just like parking. Very disappointed!!!"

"The room was dirty and looked so run down. Nothing like the pictures on the site! The floor inside the rooms was so filthy like they never mopped it for months. AC unit was busted. We got the non smoking rooms but kept getting cigarette smell through the night. The pillows were terrible and old. Someone junkie/drunk was knocking on the doors in the night around 1:30am."

"I guess they get brownouts. There was no backup generator so long time to check in and no lights for hours. They also didn't open their restaurant and bar then when the power came back on. I was hungry. No sauna, they said they notified Expedia. Refrigerator in room very noisy. Heating and Air old school system with no temperature setting, just blue and red dial. Breakfast was supposed to have fruit no fruit. "
