I read the reviews about the mouse sightings while traveling to the hotel and was a little worried, but I never saw a mouse. The hotel is very clean. It's near the train station and the whole area around the train station is a little dodgy. That area of Frankfurt has really gone downhill since our last visit in 2019. I'll probably stay near the airport next time.

Tuve problema con el ingreso. Al llegar la misma no estaba aunque se realizó la compra con más de dos meses de anticipación. El problema es que no tenían habitación disponible. Luego nos enviaron a un hotel de paso, mal ubicado, con mal olor y hasta moscas en la habitación. Tuvimos hablar de nuevo a the Blasky y amenazar con que realizaran devolución de lo pagado y hasta allí nos dieron la habitación. Para esto ya había pagado el impuesto de la ciudad €17 y €16 por el taxi de regreso que no reembolsaron, siendo un problema del hotel por no saber manejar el caso.

"Very new and clean. Well staffed, front desk friendly and efficient. Lobby, lounge and restaurant areas big and comfortable. S Bahn stop right outside takes you to the airport in a couple minutes and easily into town. Highly recommend."
