For example, the bed linens seemed worn and old, the bathroom (shower) smelled moldy, the trash wasn't taken out in the kitchen, and the bathroom towels smelled bad. "We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Planinka. The hotel was immaculately clean, with excellent attention to detail throughout. Its location, next to the church and the river, is beautiful, with stunning scenery all around. The breakfast was exceptional, offering a wide variety of high-quality options. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel genuinely well looked after. I would most definitely recommend Hotel Planinka and would happily stay here again."

"Spacious accommodation with modern decor and lighting in the heart of Klagenfurt. Unfortunately, the bedding on one side of the double bed did not appear clean. One of the towels appeared soiled and the towel mat had clearly been used and left on the floor (the other towels were clean). The kitchen was well equipped, but the bin was full of rubbish and there was an open packet of sauce and a half drunk bottle of water left on the side. It's a shame. Otherwise, all was fine."
