Super close to the station. Bathrooms and public areas were clean. But walls are thin and i had a snoring neighbor and my walls vibrated. Face wash, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are provided but lotions are not. There are items you can rent like humidifiers, hair irons, and hair dryers but they are limited in quantity. Overall great stay!

The view of my room was gorgeous which made up for the dated decor of the room and the hotel in general. Breakfast was better than dinner. Walking distance access to Ningle Terrace was an advantage. I wished I had ate outside of the hotel for dinner earlier and return for the magical illumination, it could have stayed illuminated for another hour during the summer for guests to enjoy. The onsen was good, though missing a steam sauna.

Love the sauna. The house is huge for Japanese standards. It is also close to everything in Furano. Very modern and clean.

This is such a wonderful property. If you are driving, the carpark is a short distance away. You can drop off your luggage first for check in before parking your car. There is free wine tasting every afternoon. There are 2 washing machines and 4 dryers. The public bath is quite small and it gets crowded after dinner timing when everyone gets back from dinners. The hotel room has a pantry kitchen and equipped with kitchen utensils to cook a small meal. Hotel is near supermarkets, drug stores, petrol station and plenty of restaurants nearby. The highlight of our 3 days stay was the daily Breakfast. The buffet was very good quality.
