At the entrance, there are two single bunk beds (sleeps 4), a bathroom with shower, sink, vanity unit, and hairdryer. Separate WC.

Pets are not allowed.

Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (due to construction of covered parking). Access to the residence entrances and shops is possible via a access road.

Tourist tax: current rate/night/person aged 18 and over. Optional services available at preferential rates: linen and towel rental, end-of-stay cleaning. Security deposit: €260 (credit card imprint).

End-of-stay cleaning is not included and remains the responsibility of the tenant. If the tenant does not wish to clean the property, they can opt for the cleaning service (excluding washing dishes, taking out the trash, and making the bedding).
The cost of this optional cleaning service is €80.
