"Everything costs extra. Room has no blow dryer, no coffee, no cups or anything that can go in the microwave. You have to take out your trash. Breakfast is very sparse - I had oatmeal in a coffee cup. There was coffee but no half and half, only syrupy creamer. Clean, quiet, nice staff but i would not stay again"

"Room smelled horrible due to something in the restroom toilet. We had to be switched to another room because we saw 3 cockroaches. Could not get a refund because we booked through Expedia. The indoor pool was dark as the sun went down because only a few lights worked. Didn’t even try the breakfast. "

"Its a horrible place to stay, I didn’t feel welcome cause no one was there to greet me. I had to call the customer service for help & they called property management to make them aware there was about 3 clients in the lobby waiting. I waited for about 25 minutes. Then once checked I get to my rooms and let me tell you it was the worse experience ever. My pictures will speak for themselves. I had to take my family & my business somewhere else. So much for my spring break getaway."
