「Getting to the building was a little bit confusing at night time, but I think that’s primarily because of the construction that was going on around the area.」

「Sheets had stains. Toilet seat was loose. I inquired about shampoo and was told they do not offer that, it keeps the cost down. Was offered make up remover to try ? It has a smell that I couldn't identify. Might have been the cleaner for the dog sanitizer? I definitely got what I paid for.」

「I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.」
