「I would give this hotel 11/10 rating. I has already high expectations going there but a was overwhelmed. Let me concentrate on less obvious features which make this hotel so good. It has its own style. It call itself “spirit hotel”. It definitely is. The spa section is excellent. 「We had a great stay here last week! The staff was so friendly, the breakfast delicious, the bed and room super comfy and the best shower in our trip to Austria and Italy! Short walks to shops and restaurants. Fasion/Boutique/eclectic is not usually our 'thing', but it was fun to be out of our element! Hope to go back after the 2026 olympics.」

「The room is very nice with beautiful mountain view. Staff is very kind to show us about the hiking couse etc... But the day of our depature, the some parts of Dromite pass closed for bike days from 10 am to 3pm. I got this information when I went to the concierge asking about the route just before check out. It was already 10 am. If the road was closed such a long time, it will affect our itinerary. Because I was thinking to drive to Bolzano that day by stopping some parts of the Doromite pass....

「Ausser der aus nicht ganz undurchsichtigen Glass Toiletten- / Badezimmertür war alles ok. Schönes Schwimmbad, tolle Lage. Das Restaurant ist ok, es gibt auch Alternativen in direkter Nähe.」

「ホテルが中心地から離れていることが難点で、夏期はホテルの送迎バスはない。車がないと、公共のバス利用か中心地まで徒歩になる。公共のバスはホテルの目の前に停まり、また、中心地まで歩くと30分弱かかるが、景色が良く苦にはならない。立地条件以外は、施設、料理、ワイン、スタッフのサービスのどれをとっても、すばらしく、宿泊して後悔することはない。次回もここに泊まりたい。」

「nice hotel located near the Moena center. Great selection for breakfast, tiny swimming pool and very small gym (too smal for more than 1 user if you are not a fan of feeling the strangers breath on your neck). We stayed in the family room and beds in the main bedroom was ok although the sofa in the living area very short and not comfortable. Poor water pressure in the shower especially in the ‚pick’ time.」
