"Exactly the best hotel in Van. All other just have a name of 4 star or five star. This Hilton hotel in the only real one in Van. I had a night at elite world and that was so bad that I changed to Hilton and this one pleased me. They change my room without any extra fee and added a third bed also. The breakfast was good and had good veraity "

"The staff were nice and tried their best to accommodate our needs although English can be an issue. The room wasn't very clean and I ended up doing some clean-up. The shower drain was also slow. For some reason they only accept cash for security deposit, so have some with you."

"3 gece konaklama yaptığım Qrista by Dedeman’dan son derece memnun kaldım. Personellerin hepsi inanılmaz yardımcı. Kahvaltısı bence dışarıda Kars kahvaltısı veren yerlere gitmeyi gerektirmeyecek kadar iyiydi. Odalar temiz ve düzenli ancak biraz küçük içeride hareket alanı kısıtlı kalıyor. Otelin her yeri sıcacık dışarısı -20 bile olsa içeride üşüme imkanı yok. Oda temizliğini siz söylemezseniz yapmıyorlar. Tek eksik sayabileceğim yanı bu ama öyle önemli bir şey değil bence.
