Cozy cottage located in downtown east tawas

This cozy cottage is open for vacationing in the heart of east tawas and just walking or biking distance from the local shops, restaurants, beaches, parks, east tawas marina and more; you can also find yourself enjoying outside in the fenced yard playing summer games or roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. The cottage has is updated with new kitchen appliances, a/c unit in the living called a split , 2 bedrooms with queen beds with 2 window air conditioners, 1 full pull out bed in the living room, a propane grill, cable/wifi and a compact washer and dryer. It has all the comfort needs of a home with a small town feel and minutes from the beach, local parks and downtown. After having to cancelled last year season due to the city re-zoning vacation rentals, we are certified and would love to host your next family getaway or that much needed friends weekends in the quiet town of East Tawas.

Cute, Cozy and very clean

Amanda was great to work with. This VRBO had everythingwe needed. It was very clean, cute and cozy. comfy beds. walking distance to restaurants, shops and marina beach area. Definitely will be back.

Perfect for our family trip

The house was adorable, just the size we needed. Our trip was short so most of our time was out and about. Short walk to the downtown with cute shops, 10 minute drive to Tawas State Park.

Felt like home but close to lake

Wonderful experience working through loss of loved one. So comfortable and peaceful yet very close to town and beaches. Great for family with the large fenced in yard.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Located close to Tawas State Park, Lighthouse, the center of town and so much more! The house was very clean and beautifully decorated, large yard, fire pit, air conditioning, everything you’d need and more. We were very happy with our stay!!

Pleasant cottage

Host was very good at replying to concerns in a timely matter. They allowed us to check in earlier than originally posted. House was clean and cutely decorated, nicely supplied with basic amenities. Will think of renting here again in the future.

Loved East Tawas and loved the Cozy Cabin!

It was a great place to stay. It was bigger than we expected and had a gorgeous big yard with a fire pit and grill and nice seating. It was clean and everything went very smoothly. I think we'll be back! Loved the town, the beaches, the shopping.
