We got to this hotel and I had reserved a king size suite with kitchenette. When we got to our room it was 2 queen sized beds. The front desk told us there is a glitch and when it comes through to them it shows “2Q” or something and not the correct room. They didn’t have the correct room available ...

The hotel was full and there was no breakfast when we went down. Just tonnes of people standing around waiting for more food to come out. They were underprepared. We left and had breakfast elsewhere.

The downstairs was quite tidy and unique. The host was considerate and quick to reply. I wish there had been a sign on which door was the one to access the place, and I also wish the price for the sauna was included in the ad. The bathroom is nice. The beds are incredibly comfortable.
