It was really fun, we enjoyed our stay there, the reception was s friendly and the breakfast was really good. The rooms were neatly tidied. We got lost in trying to find our room on arrival, and asking from the cleaners that were not as friendly was not nice at all. Over and above all we had great time. Thank you

Definitely needs a downgraded rating

Lagoon view did not exist, shrubs too tall to see the lagoon. Events the entire time resulting in noisy and rowdy fellow guests. Restaurant a la cart service cancelled due to rugby screening in the pub. Management need to audit their customer ecperiemce. Decor tired, needs a revamp and a serious coat of paint. I will never go back

Unbearable noise

My family and I stayed at J10, the room was clean and the receptionist service was good but the amount of noise that other guests make was unbearable. Hotels are supposed to be peaceful and quiet but by 5am guests in other rooms were already making so much noise my 1 year baby was constantly getting woken up. Please put notices on balconies that guests should keep their noise levels down.

For a second trip in a row the facility could not provide TV services as advertised, promised the first visit that it would be sorted…. It wasn’t. Noisy aircon and worn sidetables in the rooms.
