"Clean room. I don’t know if they had breakfast. No coffee in the room. No coffee maker. And no hairdryer. "

"Toilet was not cleaned. Looked like there was a build-up, and hadn't been addressed for some time. There was quite a line of people to check in at three o' clock, as staff refused to check people in before 2:55pm. Office manager reprimanded guests, by saying that check- in time is 3pm, even though there were rooms ready. Rooms were left unlocked, so it appeared to be a safely issue, as guests entered the room on arrival and found doors to be ajar. "

"the bed was partially broken, the door barely locks. there's only one little window unit to cool the entire place. the outside of the "cabin" looks run down and abandoned. there were bugs all over the inside. way too expensive for what we got. the place didn't really feel secluded like listed, and there were no blinds on any windows (it felt like people could see in)"

"The property was top notch. The pictures don’t do it justice. We had 8 adults who slept in the property and 2 that stayed in an RV with their teenagers in the circle drive. There was plenty of room for our other 4 cars in the driveway, and my sister and her family could have stayed in the house with us but they were traveling through and decided to just stay in their RV. There was so much to do for everyone! We enjoyed the outside games by the grill and Blackstone while watching football games and grilling. We especially enjoyed the double deck boathouse! It was too cool for the water sports so we have to come back. There was a large living are where we all exchanged Christmas gifts with plenty of space!Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfy. From the moment we stepped into the house, we felt at home. Kitchen was well stocked and we were glad to have the second fridge in the laundry/mud room. Each of the grown kids as thy arrived said they felt like they were in a hallmark movie. It was extremely nice and well kept. Perfect home to meet up for the holidays…and any other family time. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us and being so responsive to all our questions. This was the PERFECT extended weekend. "
