Thank you for choosing to stay with us. The town of East Glacier is located on the Blackfeet Reservation. It is isolated and economically less developed than other tourist areas which I can understand is intimidating for some. I assure you that the people of the area are nothing but great neighbors. Your feedback is well accepted. I understand that with the dirt roads, our overlooked areas can become dusty. I appreciate the reminder to consider lamps, sills, etc. so we do not accumulate dust. As for the yard, we will continue to train our new manager on the management of the landscaping. We have limited resources and Electra is detail oriented, clean and wonderfully kind, but not practiced in lawncare. Our season has been a combination of coordinating efforts and we do consider this asset an important feature so we will work to maintain it in a fashion of which we can be proud. Thank you! HI Michelle, Thank you for writing this review, but I am unsure why you were not satisfied with the property. Most houses in the area do not have AC as it only gets really warm for about 2 months. Nonetheless, we recognized that having a cool living space to return after a long day in the park would add to a good experience, so we installed one. As you mentioned, not necessary in the cool evenings. We hope that you enjoyed your visit to one of the most wild landscapes in the world, it sounds like you did. Thank you, Wendy

Kate, I am mortified. We recognize that the bones of this house are old so we focus on the important things like cleanliness and comfortable living while visiting our corner of the park. Although some visitors are shocked by the isolation and lack infrastructure of the town, I have never had a complaint about cleanliness before and find it hard to believe. We will definitely keep our focus on the details to assure this type of thing does not happen again. My apologies, Wendy

Hi Danielle, I am glad you enjoyed your visit and stay in Glacier Park. I apologize that the lawn was not mowed. We had the rainiest June on record and, with our long June days, this was a recipe for longer than desired grass. Our new employee is also new to lawn care (hard to find workers in this tiny town, so we have to train into the position), but she is enjoying the pride in caring for such a large and landscaped yard. Importantly, the house was clean and well stocked and you were able to enjoy a great Glacier Vacation. Thank you, Wendy
