Dirty, very shabby and totally unsuitable
I am afraid this inn is in very poor condition. The rooms and furnishings were stained and dirty. We actually did not stay there because of the appalling conditions. and ended up driving on to Kalispell as there was nothing else available. For the price that we had to pay in advance, this was unacceptable. When we decided to leave, my wife approached the desk manager who promised that she would arrange a refund of 60% of the charge. This has not happened. I think I will not be booking through hotels.com in the future

Property had a foul smell. Sheets were not clean. Old apple was found near the bed. Bathroom toilet was dirty. no tv connection. would never stay here again.

Zero stars - literally left and drove 1.5 hrs to another hotel after dark just to feel clean and safe. Dirty room, couldn't get clean sheets, no food, no breakfast, rude employees, dead old coffee in pot in room, fridge was open and full of water like defrosting when we arrived. Remote didn't work. When room filled with smoke from neighbors stove being dirty, our room filled with smoke and nothing was done for either of us.

We were in a side cabin and it was a little rough. The floor was not level and the curtains were nailed to the wall. There needs to be some clean up around the grounds. The bed and towels were clean. I slept great.
